rEGISTERED therapeutic counsellor
Associate Sex Addiction Therapist

Growing up on Pender Island, amidst the serene Gulf Islands of British Columbia, with my mother, step-father, and younger brother, I learned the art of cherishing moments, embracing the island’s unhurried pace, and tuning into my inner rhythm.

Recognizing my natural ability as a good listener, I knew early on that I wanted to pursue a career in therapy. Following my passion, I ventured to Kelowna BC after high school to study psychology at UBCO. After completing my Bachelor of Science, I enrolled in the Diploma of Applied Psychology and Counselling program at the Kelowna College of Professional Counselling.

Upon completing the program in 2020, I joined William and Associates Counselling Services for a year-long internship, ultimately becoming a full associate. Seeking further education, I completed the Sex Addiction therapy training with the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (ITAP) in 2023, becoming an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist. Currently, I am working towards achieving my Certificate in Animal Assisted Wellness through Lakeland College.

My ultimate goal has been to open my private practice, and after nearly a year of dedication, Between the Vines Counselling came to life. In July 2023, I moved to Oliver BC, where I embark on this exciting new chapter.

I am thrilled to be a part of this vibrant community and eager to build meaningful connections while nurturing both my business and personal growth.
